WET SPRAYING
Our large facility for wet spraying is 7 mtrs x 2.2 mtrs x 2.2 mtrs and alllows us to produce fast turnarounds on large items and multiple components.
As with our powder coating, wet spray coatings have been applied to everything from structural steelwork, gates, balustrades, railings, balconies and staircases to architectural columns, sheeting, shutters and signs as well as car and motorbike parts and furniture.
Our wet spray coatings can also be applied to specialist surfaces like street lights.

Wet spraying requires minimal equipment for us to administer and achieves a good, smooth finish on the coating of your item.
when wet spraying may not be the right choice for you
If a quick turnaround is crucial then wet spraying may not be the best choice for you, as the evaporation of the paint solvents determines the speed of the curing and, depending on the item and paint, can sometimes take two or three days to harden.
