OUR COATING SERVICES

Our large facility for powder coating and wet sprays is 7 mtrs x 2.2 mtrs x 2.2 mtrs allowing us to produce fast turnarounds on large items and multiple components.
WET SPRAYING
We achieve a good-looking finish from wet paint spraying on woods and metals, but almost all systems require more than one coat and take a lot longer to dry than powder coating.
POWDER COATING
We apply this popular type of paint application most commonly to coat metals. Powder coating achieves a hard protective finish that can be turned around quickly.
STOVE ENAMELLING
We create excellent finishes and find that stove enamelling is the application of choice when customers want a new paint colour applied over an old one.

In our experience councils, zoos, caterers and hospitals have benefited most from these kinds of specialist coatings, but we will outline all coatings options based on your requirements when scoping your project.

Our experts will help to guide your decision-making by discussing considerations we need to factor in (such as what pre-treatments are required that are determined by the end-use, condition, and material of the item being coated).
Once we have put a specification together detailing your requirements, we are in a position to give you an accurate quote.

- A photo of the item(s) & ideally an engineer’s drawing
- The material of the item(s) (e.g. Steel, aluminium, iron, wood etc)
- The general condition of the item(s) (e.g. Any signs of damage)
- The colour you require (e.g. RAL, BS or pantone or what you’d like it colour-matched to)
- The finish you’d like (e.g. smooth or textured and (if appropriate,) the matte, semi-gloss or full gloss look)
- Any special requirements you have (e.g. areas that don’t require coating, delivery arrangements etc.)
